Remittance Terms
Our terms of payment by invoice are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. For new accounts a pro-forma invoice will be sent, our payment methods are : -
- By Credit Card.
- By Bank transfer.
- By Cleared Cheque.
Some clients may be exempt from purchase tax depending on the country where the goods are being invoiced/shipped.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of Orders will not be accepted unless agreed in writing by us and in the event of cancellation we are entitled to make a reasonable charge to you for the cancellation.
Artwork
Prices quoted are based on the client supplying artwork in an acceptable format, please contact us for details. Artwork requiring reworking may be subject to an additional charge. Origination charges are detailed in product descriptions.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery will be charged at cost.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery will normally be 2 - 3 weeks following receipt of camera ready artwork.< /br> Urgent deadlines with a shorter lead time can be met - please ask for details.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.

Recycled paper 12.5 million tonnes of paper and cardboard are used annually in the UK. The average person gets through 38kg of newspapers per year, a ton of which takes 24 trees to make. Recycled Tetra Pak Cartons
The aluminium foil layer between the polythene and paper contained in Tetra pak containers eg. milk cartons, is extruded and separated from the fibre stock which is then re-used for paper manufacture.
